UK deliverys
All packages are despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment and are shipped via the Royal Mail. For Packets and parcels up to a weight of 1 kg you can choose to send them ever first class or second class. For parcels with a weight of up to 2 kgs can be delivered ever first class or by the parcel service. Any order with a weight more than 2 kgs most go via the Royal Mail parcel Service.
First class mail - 1 working day
Second class mail - Up to 3 working days
Royal Mail parcel service - Between 3 - 5 working days
All parcels can be tracked and whatever delivery service you chose, we will provide you with a link to help you track your package online.
European deliverys
All packages are despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment and are shipped via the Royal Mail Parcel Service. Parcels take between 5 - 7 working days to arrive depending on the delivery location.
US deliverys
All packages are despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment and are shipped via the Royal Mail Parcel Service. Parcels take between 7 - 14 working days to arrive depending on the delivery location.
Delivery charges
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be insured against loss or damage, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Unless stated overwise when placing your order normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
